Have you ever heard of a four star Sheraton hosting a pervy pool party? Me either! So I am looking forward to this particular event! For the occasion, I am wearing a powernet & pvc dress and light jacket that we make at the store and the fact that my skin reacts badly to the sun gives me a perfect excuse to wear a big pretentious hat to go with it, so I strut out to the pool, feeling all fancy :) Sure, it's a pool party and one would think that I'd actually go in the pool, but I can swim in pools whenever I want but not dress fetish around one. I considered latex, which would allow to do both, but the idea of what the chemicals could do would get in the way of me enjoying the feeling.

Besides, an unexpected perk of my outfit is that I get stopped and complimented A LOT on it. How happy do you think I am mentioning I bought it at FéticheStore Montréal? On a scale of one to ten: I am ecstatic!

Everybody + dog is at the pool and it's hard to keep track of all the conversations! A lot of friends are there, this is really fun.

At last, I find Ted and Diane, a really amazing couple from New York whom I am convinced (although they probably wouldn't admit to it) are the godfathers of the international fetish scene.

Ted always has something interesting and funny to say and Diane is (simply put) a stoic wonder woman, which makes them both people who's company I am always grateful to be in.

We sit and chat a little and Fuckin' Gerry joins us. He is also someone around whom I am super happy to be in. I'm always surprised at how he invariably seems to enjoy life and his huge smile and easy going personality make him very fun to be around.

But, eventually and to my dismay, the music dies down and indicates in no uncertain terms that it is time to get back to the room and get ready for tonight's Alter Ego party.
