We are not a big franchise business with many employees and a large infrastructure. Sometimes we may open late when we've worked until the wee hours of the night to bring you our next event, and we may put a "back in 5 minutes" sign on the door to run to the convenience store to grab a sandwich ;) That's because we have a corner village store approach, despite being downtown Montreal.

For the same reasons, you can expect an attentive and personalized service. We care about what you think, and we'd like for you to be satisfied and want to come back. We believe that the only way for us to do business is to make sure the customer will be just as happy back home than he was when he left the store bag in hand.

We vouch for all the products we sell here, but we'll tell you if we think the one you are eyeing isn't the best one for you. Even if it means referring you elsewhere.
